Child Safety Standards

Last updated: August 14, 2026

These standards apply to Bunto - Voice Chat Room & Live, operated by Shagun Interactive. They explain our zero-tolerance approach to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and how safety concerns can be reported.

1. Zero tolerance for CSAE

Bunto strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, sexual trafficking of children, sexualisation of minors, and any content or behaviour that exploits, abuses, or endangers a child.

Users must never create, upload, request, store, share, promote, sell, or distribute CSAM or use Bunto to contact a child for sexual purposes.

2. Reporting a safety concern

Users can report a profile, message, room, live stream, post, video, or other content through the in-app report options. Open the relevant profile or menu, choose Report, select the child-safety reason, and submit the report.

Urgent child-safety concerns can also be sent to our designated point of contact at indiadfunto@gmail.com. Include the Bunto user ID and relevant room or content details. Do not download, forward, or attach suspected CSAM.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement or the appropriate emergency service immediately.

3. How Bunto responds

Child-safety reports are prioritised for review. When we obtain actual knowledge of prohibited content or behaviour, we may preserve relevant account and technical information as legally permitted, remove or restrict content, disable features, suspend or permanently terminate accounts, and prevent repeat access.

We do not notify an alleged offender when doing so could put a child at risk or interfere with an investigation.

4. Reporting to authorities

Bunto complies with applicable child-safety laws and regulations. Confirmed or suspected CSAM and related exploitation may be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), Indian authorities, or another relevant regional or national authority, as required by applicable law.

We cooperate with valid legal requests from authorised law-enforcement agencies while protecting user information in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

5. Prevention and enforcement

6. Point of contact

Google Play and authorised child-safety organisations may contact our designated child-safety representative at indiadfunto@gmail.com. This mailbox is used for notifications concerning CSAE, CSAM-prevention practices, enforcement, and legal compliance for Bunto.
