1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Bunto, operated by Shagun Interactive. By creating an account or using Bunto, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep login credentials secure and be responsible for activity under your account. Do not transfer, sell or misuse an account.

3. Community conduct

You must not harass, threaten, exploit or impersonate others; publish illegal or harmful content; manipulate rewards or payments; infringe intellectual property; or interfere with Bunto systems. Room owners and admins may moderate rooms, and Bunto may remove content or restrict accounts.

4. User content

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant Bunto a non-exclusive license to host, process, display and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the service, subject to your settings and applicable law.

5. Virtual items

Gold Coins, Diamonds, gifts, VIP access, frames, entry effects and other digital items are licensed for use inside Bunto. They are not legal tender and have no cash value except where an approved creator payout program expressly applies.

6. Live and room activity

You are responsible for what you say, stream or share. Recording or redistributing other users’ content without permission may be prohibited. Bunto may monitor safety signals and enforce policies.

7. Suspension and termination

We may warn, mute, restrict, suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, abuse, safety risk, unauthorized access or legal requirements.

8. Service availability

Bunto is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, pause or be discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by courts with lawful jurisdiction over Shagun Interactive.
