Delete your Bunto account

Account deletion requests are reviewed to protect your identity and prevent unauthorized deletion.

Request from the app

  1. Open Bunto and go to Me.
  2. Open Settings → Account Settings.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Review the notice and submit your request.

After submission, your account is placed in cancellation review. You may be prevented from logging in while the request is processed.

What will be deleted

Your profile, account access and associated personal data will be deleted or anonymized, except information we must keep for legal, fraud-prevention, transaction or safety obligations.

Need help?

If you cannot access the app, email support@bunto.app from your registered email and include your Bunto public user ID. Never send your password or OTP.
